Due to the ongoing pandemic and the reasons outlined below we have moved our event dates around.
Forsaken 9
This event will now take place on 15th – 17th October 2021 @ Kinver Scout camp (Stourbridge DY7 6HR). We have moved venue due to it having much more indoor sleeping as this is an October event.
We have invested in 3 large tents to help create the “new town” vibe for the new player characters. We will be in touch shortly via email regarding payment plans, characters, downtimes etc.
Tenement 67: Surface Features
This has not changed since the announcement previously. The event will still take place on 5th – 7th November 2021 @ Ingrestre Hall. We will be in touch shortly via email regarding payment plans, characters, downtimes etc.
Sisyphus 3
We are hoping to run this in January 2022, more details to follow when the venue is confirmed.
Tabula Rasa 3
We are hoping to run this in February 2022, more details to follow when the venue is confirmed.
Reign of Sapphire Fist: Empire player event
We are moving this event to 18th – 20th March 2022, it will not be possible to run in May and we would like to allow time for the Empire setting to settle after its reintroduction hopefully late in the summer. The event will still take place at Peckwood.
Alba
Whilst there is a chance that we could legally run Alba in August we have some concerns. Firstly, we are concerned that pandemic levels whilst may legally allow for running may still present a risk. As player and crew safety is our priority, we felt it wise to delay. Secondly, several international players will not be able to attend without extreme time and financial constraints. Thirdly, several younger players are awaiting vaccination, there is a very high chance they may be vaccinated in time however we would rather delay.
We have moved the event to 29th April – 1st May 2022, it will remain at Danemead Camp.
Whilst this seems far away there is good news. It will give us chance to work on some system improvements. We have also invested in some more canvas which will allow us to create more environments like the cave at the first event. We are also in the process of acquiring/making some unique monster costume…no spoilers though. Finally, we are aware of the launch of the Alba party in Scotland and it is a topic of internal discussion.
