Keeping Busy in Lockdown

We are 100 days into lockdown now, and it’s increasingly looking like the 2020 event season will be a complete wipeout. We still have some hopes that the planned October Forsaken and November T67 events will run on schedule, and you will have seen we are pressing forward with 2021 runs for The Sisyphus and Tabula Rasa – we will keep people apprised of any changes to our plans as soon as they solidify.

Not everything is on hiatus though. The CD team has been hard at work in the background on game design and planning, and we have been running some character-driven black box scenes for our Forsaken player base over the past weeks, which seem to have gone down really well.

We are investigating how what we’ve learned from that can be adapted to other game scenarios too – so there may be more on that score soon.

Lockdown has also set us to thinking about other ways we can keep players engaged. If you’ve got things you’d like to see CD delivering during lockdown, drop a line to contact@carcosadreams.com and we’ll take a look at everything that comes in.

CD are also planning on doing a video blog AMA session in the near future – if you have questions about any of the CD games or projects you want answered, send them to the contact address with AMA in the subject field and we’ll pickt he ones that are safe to print and answer them on camera.

Stay safe; stay alert; look after yourselves, and we hope to see you all soon.
